Stay Focused

Scripture: Revelation 15:3

And they sang the song of Moses, the bond-servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying, "Great and marvelous are Your works, O Lord God, the Almighty; Righteous and true are Your ways, King of the nations!

The mighty acts of God are worthy of all of our praise, because He is true to His Word. There is nothing that our heavenly Father has proclaimed that has not already been done. Even when it appears that something is one way to us in the natural realm; God is in ultimate control of the situation. The enemy would like nothing more than to throw us off track by bringing distractiing thoughts and/or visions into our minds, about something that has been on our hearts. If he can throw us off track long enough, then we will lose focus on what really matters. All the little insignificant things that happen during the course of the day, are just that, insignificant. What God says will be, and there is nothing that the enemy can do to stop it.

There may be, what seems to be, a delay in the manifestation of what God has spoken in our lives; however, we must continue to believe God, no matter what. Let us not be distracted by what we see with our natural eye. Let us not be discouraged by what seems to be happening to slow according to our own personal time clock, because God is the creator of time. He is in complete control. Let us know loose prespective on what really matters in our lives; which is the perfect will of God coming to complete fruition within us.

Reflection:
Spending time in the presence of the Lord, is what is needed to build us up even stronger, for what He has planned for us. Let us embrace the time of learning that He has prepared for us. It may not be an easy road for us to travel, but knowing that God is in control, of our beginning and of our end; will help up to remain in His embrace, and not settle for less than what He has for us. For God is truly a Good God, and everything that He has for His children is Good. Having a focused perspective on the goodness of God, will guide us toward the perfect will of our Heavenly Father for our life.

Prayer:
Father God, I thank you for keeping my mind stayed on you. I thank you that you are in complete control of every single thing, and that nothing that has been created gets past your vision. I thank you for guiding me in the direction that you would have me to go; by your hand on my life. I thank and praise you for being able to hear your voice, and for the sense to follow. I praise you, and worship you, because you are: Holy, righteous, mighty, and true! Thank you for giving me the mind to keep all things in the focus of your perspective, whether large or small; and not being distracted by insignificant issues. In Jesus name. I pray. Amen.
