I have declared my ways and opened my griefs to you, and you listened to me; teach me your statutes.
God loves us so much that even when we are discouraged, depressed, upset, agitated and irritated; we can go to Him in prayer, and He will listen to us. There is nothing that we can not talk to God about. He's seen and heard it all. There is nothing that will shock Him, no matter how big we think the issue is. He will not tell us to come back later because He has something better to do. God won't beat us upside the head for feeling the way that we do. He'll listen to us and minister to us through whatever we're going through. He will always make time for us, because He is the creator of time; and it is at His disposal.
He loves us right where we are, and He teaches us how to deal with people, situations, daily concerns and responsibilities. We can always depend on the counsel of God, because of his mercy and His grace. He is the master teacher who already knows what's in us; therefore, He is the only one that can realign us to the center of His will.
- What is your view of God?
- How does your view compare to the Word of God?
- How can you depend on God?
It is important for us to always go to God in prayer with the issues of our heart, knowing that He is the solution to every circumstance, and He will teach us what we should do. He will listen to us, and we should listen to Him.
Prayer:
Dear Lord, I thank you for the grace that you have given me to approach your throne in sincerity; knowing that you love and care for me. For your lovingkindness is better than life, and your faithfulness to the end of time. I thank you that I can always come to you, and you will listen to me, and help me with the concerns of my heart. In Jesus Name, Amen.
